You will lead a team, model company values, and ensure customers leave with a positive impression while maintaining store standards, schedules, and payroll alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication, openness to feedback, and quick adaptation.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and goals with all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty as scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support plans that improve results and ensure execution of operations.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize business and bring product stories to life.
• Lead opening/closing routines and payroll targets through appropriate staffing and selling focus.
• Provide coaching and feedback to managers and associates to improve selling and service.
