Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store growth. You will lead the front line of field leadership, be a brand ambassador, and build connections with customers.

As a store leader, you’ll set performance expectations, coach teams, manage payroll targets, and ensure safety and operational excellence while delivering the brand story through selling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, exceptional customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Passion for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Effective communication, open to feedback, and quick to adapt.
• Ability to coach associates and de-escalate store/customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team (SLT).
• Set and reinforce clear and concise performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates through effective and fair leadership.
• Own and delegate leadership tasks to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
