Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates, delivering consistent customer experiences, and driving growth across the brand. You will be a front‑line leader, engaging with customers and coaching teams to achieve results.

You will oversee hiring, training, and performance, while ensuring store operations run smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Support action plans with the Sales Leadership Team.
• Lead floorset direction to showcase product stories.
• Execute opening/closing routines and bank processes.
• Set daily direction for the team.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate coverage.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences.
