Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager in overseeing daily store operations in San Antonio. You will mentor a team of retail sales consultants, drive sales, and ensure customers receive best-in-class service and experiences with our products and services.

You will lead promotional activities, coordinate merchandising, and participate in off-site outreach. The role includes comprehensive paid training focused on leadership success and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
