Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; address gaps.
• Set pay and advancement recommendations; monitor performance and safety.
• Lead daily opening/closing activities and ensure store readiness.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels and proper merchandising.
