Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and staff the store.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel staff.
• Make recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events to enforce policies.
• Open and close the store each day and ensure proper staffing.
