Job summary

AT&T in Ulster, NY is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager and oversee daily operations, merchandising, and product launches. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals and help deliver best-in-class experiences for customers.

You’ll lead outreach and on-site or off-site promotional activities, participate in training, and drive performance through collaboration, planning, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
