AT&T in Rochester, NY is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, merchandizing, and product launches while driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, set objectives, and collaborate with store leadership to meet performance goals.

You will play a key role in promotions and outreach, including off-site events, while leveraging AT&T's products and services.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
