AT&T is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Cortlandt Manor, NY. You will oversee merchandising, launches and a team of retail sales consultants to deliver exceptional customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

You will coach the team to achieve sales and service goals, manage promotions, and contribute to leadership development as part of a high-energy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising and product launches.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
