AT&T inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Ulster, NY to help oversee daily store operations and drive sales performance. You will work with a store manager to manage and develop the team, ensuring customers receive best-in-class services and experiences.

The role involves merchandising support, product launches, and off-site promotional activities, with paid training and leadership development. A strong emphasis is on coaching staff to achieve store goals and deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in conjunction with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches.
• Help meet and exceed sales objectives and ensure an extraordinary customer experience.
• Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
