Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with a store manager in overseeing all aspects of daily retail store operations in Ulster Park, NY. You will help coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals while ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

The role includes merchandising support, product launches, and outreach events, with a strong emphasis on leadership development and on-going paid training.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation of a retail store with a store manager.
Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive sales.
Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
Participate in best-in-class paid training to develop leadership success.
