Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to ensure sales goals and customer experience standards are met.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies, procedures, and standards.
• Hire, onboard, and train store associates; provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
