Job summary

Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead the team, and assist in staffing and development efforts. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, maintain standards, and ensure an engaging customer experience.

• Assist with inventory control, shrink prevention, and policy compliance.
• Supervise and support staff in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
