Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3-5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals, customer experience standards, and operational expectations.
• Monitor sales activity and provide guidance to associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with inventory control, inventory transactions, and shrink prevention efforts.
• Hire, onboard and train store associates; provide coaching and performance support to associates.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused store environment.
