• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding with high-caliber talent.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to team members and ensure compliance with policies.
• Help manage expenses, control shrink, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Promote an inclusive, high-performing retail environment and stockroom processes.
