Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection.
• In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full store responsibility.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard high-caliber talent.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development to team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment per brand directives.
• Support inventory management including shipping, receiving, and stockroom practices.
• Uphold company policies and drive a culture of accountability and inclusivity.
