Job summary

AT&T in Richmond, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service at our center location. You will lead a team, oversee merchandising and product launches, and partner with store leadership to meet sales goals.

You will also participate in outreach and promotional activities, including events, with comprehensive training to ensure leadership success. Salary ranges with commissions are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Oversee merchandising and product launches and help meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Lead and coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Participate in outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
