Job summary

AT&T in Richmond, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help oversee store operations, mentor a team of retail sales consultants, and ensure customers experience our best-in-class services and products.

The role includes merchandising, product launches, achieving sales goals, and coordinating outreach events.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive sales to achieve performance goals.
