AT&T in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee store operations, mentor a team, and coordinate merchandising, product launches, and promotions to meet performance goals.

You will lead outreach activities and coach retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service targets, with access to the latest tech and growth opportunities within a leading telecom company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive sales.
