Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in the Chattanooga area to lead store operations and coach a team of sales consultants. You’ll partner with a store manager to execute merchandising, product launches and initiatives that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll help meet sales targets, participate in outreach events, and benefit from paid training designed to prepare you for leadership roles. Salary ranges apply.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store with a store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches and meet sales objectives.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
