Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Buffalo to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, manage scheduling, and ensure the store meets performance targets while upholding Lids’ brand standards.

You will oversee training, oversee inventory and POS systems, and collaborate with leadership to implement promotions and improve the in-store experience for fans and customers.
