Lids Sports Group in Chesapeake, VA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Part Time) to lead daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and support the Store Manager in achieving KPIs. Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates using LIDS Training Programs and goal setting for sales and tasks with regular follow up.
• Administer the progressive steps of discipline to include verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment and aligning work to company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, protect inventory and cash, and maintain store standards.
