The ideal candidate brings retail sales experience, strong merchandising skills, and a team‑oriented approach to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail sales required.
• Experience in C-Stores is preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers.
• Strong merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandising, and customer relations.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and transmit daily bookkeeping, invoicing and gasoline data as required.
• Complete daily banking.
• Troubleshoot daily close out and shift sales analysis.
• Assist in shift coverage when needed and ensure cash handling is accurate.
