Country Supplier LLC is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist in daily store operations. You will greet customers, help locate products, and support merchandising, signage, and inventory management to ensure a clean, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and priorities.
• Familiar with operating a computer system and email.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help locate products.
• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and inventory.
• Train new associates on systems and product knowledge.
• Create daily worklists and goals for associates.
• Cover Store Manager/Assistant duties when scheduled.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Lead store meetings and communicate goals.
• Answer phone calls and maintain radio communication.
• Maintain product knowledge and promotions.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
• Support other departments and perform daily cleaning.
