• Supervise associates and assist in training during manager absence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in development and operations to maximize market share.
• Learn all functions of operating a retail store under the Retail Store Manager.
• Relieve manager on holidays and sick leave after the 30-day training period.
• Supervise associates and clients in day-to-day store operations.
• Operate cash register, validate payments, balance and count cash drawers.
• Maintain inventories, deposits, schedules, daily reports, and reconciliations.
• Maintain displays and coordinate sales promotions.
• Process, stock, merchandise, tag, and date merchandise.
• Attend trainings and adhere to Goodwill policies.
