• Supports Store Manager in daily operations.
• Delivers excellent customer experiences to all customers.
• Unloads/loads trucks and handles donations; ensures timely transportation.
• Trains team members during onboarding and provides coaching.
• Maintains a clean work environment and adheres to safety standards.
• Performs opening/closing duties and cash handling as directed.
• Ensures proper inventory, pricing, tagging, and POS usage.
