Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail store or training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store managers in the development and operations of the assigned store to maximize retail market share and donations in compliance with the annual operating budget.
• Work under the supervision of the Retail Store Manager to learn all functions of operating a retail store.
• Relieve manager on holidays, sick leave, etc., after training period and act as manager in absence.
• Supervise associates and clients in day-to-day store operations and cross-train in other areas.
