Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Lower South Carolina (Palmetto Goodwill) seeks a Retail Supervisor to lead the store team and manage daily operations in the absence of management. You will train staff, direct work, and uphold I-CARE values while delivering excellent customer experiences at Palmetto Goodwill.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe environment, reliable cashier/donor processing, and achieving production goals. Certifications in forklift and first-aid/CPR are preferred.

• Train team members and direct workload; address concerns and report to management.
• Maintain clean work environment and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Ensure accurate cashier operations and donor processing; support rounds-up for mission impact.
• Operate forklift and walk-behind stacker if required; complete on-site certifications.
