Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Open availability including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of store operations and policies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience
• Ensures opening/closing procedures follow company guidelines
• Coaches and provides feedback to Associates to improve performance
• Supports labor management and safety compliance
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs
• Promotes and supports loyalty programs and shrink reduction efforts
• Promotes safety and a positive store environment
• Other duties as assigned
