Job summary

The Men's Wearhouse, LLC is seeking a Store Lead in Pittsburgh, PA to partner with the Store Manager and drive sales, service, and operations. You will coach the team, manage on-duty operations, and ensure a seamless customer experience in line with brand standards.

Responsibilities include leading store staff, opening/closing, leveraging reports, and promoting a high-performing, inclusive environment. This is a full-time on-site role supporting store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and POS.
• Ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform store duties.
