Job summary

The Men's Wearhouse, LLC in Springdale, OH is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, drive sales, and uphold brand standards across daily operations.

You will open and close the store when scheduled, lead a team toward operational excellence, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring effective store management and adherence to company directives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service and operational goals.
• Coach and develop the team to maximize performance and customer experience.
• Open and close the store as the manager on duty and ensure compliance with policies.
• Analyze store reports to guide decisions and drive store performance.
• Support training of staff on internal operational functions and brand standards.
