Job summary

Charter Communications seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Kansas to lead a fast-paced retail team and deliver top-tier customer service. You will coach staff to meet sales goals, oversee daily store operations, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.

In this role you’ll recruit and develop team members, manage scheduling, handle escalations, and drive customer loyalty through effective coaching and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English to communicate with employees and customers clearly and professionally.
• Lead others and motivate a team in a goal-based environment.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with personal technology and basic computer/software use.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• 2–3 years Sales/Customer Service experience.
