AT&T in Monroe, LA is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional service. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and executing initiatives to meet sales goals.

You’ll coach a team of sales consultants, drive performance, and coordinate off-site events and promotions while receiving thorough training designed to prepare you for leadership responsibilities and career growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
