MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in California to support the Store Manager in daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, coach staff, and contribute to achieving sales and productivity goals.

You will also manage inventory, assist in recruitment, schedule staff, and ensure compliance with MINISO policies while maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management with a track record of leading teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
