Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Westlake Village, CA to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive store performance. You will coach a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining visual and operational standards.

Responsibilities include promoting the membership program, mentoring trainees, managing inventory and scheduling, and upholding Miniso policies to achieve sales targets and a safe, welcoming store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and team coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to relocate or manage multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Directly report to Store Manager and lead Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in daily operations.
• Ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, merchandising standards.
• Drive sales performance and customer engagement through memberships.
• Mentor trainees, achieve sales targets, and grow the business.
• Oversee inventory, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Assist in recruitment, training, staffing, and retention.
• Maintain staff schedules, policy compliance, and store cleanliness.
