Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and coach team members to reach top performance.
• Demonstrate competence in all store job levels.
• Work with team to meet and exceed sales goals through service, production, merchandising and accurate business practices.
• Maintain proper in-store stock levels and stock rotation.
• Oversee all aspects of cash handling procedures.
• Follow safety and retail guidelines.
• Perform any additional duties to ensure smooth, profitable operation.
