Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, hiring, and training efforts to build a skilled, diverse, and motivated team.
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day store operations, including sales floor activities, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service.
• Address performance or conduct issues through appropriate disciplinary actions to uphold company standards.
• Identify and respond to potential security concerns, including internal theft and shoplifting.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about operational updates, team performance, and any store-related challenges.
