Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with managing store operations and supervision of store personnel. Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll, budget goals, staffing, training, and maintaining a customer‑focused environment.

The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team; valid driver's license and prior sales/supervisory

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will preferably have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus an ability to read and interpret simple income and expense reports, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in scheduling Sales Associates, payroll, meeting sales, production and expense budget goals to maintain a profitable operation.
• Assist in training, direction and supervision of personnel, and regular evaluations of store personnel to identify performance strengths and areas for development.
• Maintain a pleasant and hospitable work environment and uphold excellent customer service relationships.
