Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–5 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Experience operating POS and in-store computer systems.
• Strong communication with teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day work of associate staff on the sales floor.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to ensure efficient operations and great customer experience.
• Supervise department to optimize store profitability through receiving, handling, and replenishing.
• Foster store culture through teamwork and leading by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies and standards for areas of responsibility.
• Maintain company standards; resolve problems and ensure quality procedures.
