The role requires 2–5 years of experience, strong communication, and POS system proficiency. You will help uphold company standards while fostering a positive workplace and supporting a flexible retail schedule, including seasonal changes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or no specific education required
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role or in a supervisory position
• Experience operating a POS system and in-store computer systems
• Effective communication skills with team, leadership and customers

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate-level staff.
• Provide direction, training and coaching to staff for efficient operations and proper store procedures.
• Supervise department profitability through receiving, handling, replenishing and processing of stock.
• Foster store culture through teamwork and coaching, leading by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards; resolve issues.
