Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations in our San Bruno location. You will assist a store manager, supervise a team of sales consultants, and help drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales/customer service in telecommunications, prior management, and strong leadership capabilities. You’ll participate in training and lead initiatives to meet store goals and enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations to drive sales and customer service.
• Oversee store operations and develop a sales team to meet performance goals.
• Assist with merchandising, product launches and promotional activities.
• Lead outreach events and coaching to ensure sales and service targets are achieved.
• Participate in training to develop leadership within the store team.
