Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, lead a sales team and ensure customers receive best-in-class services across our products and services. You will partner with a store manager to drive merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives, mentoring retail sales consultants and assisting with off-site events.

The role includes leadership training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist with merchandising, product launches and promotional activities.
• Participate in off-site events as needed and deliver outreach efforts.
