Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to help lead our fast-paced store team in Coral Gables, FL. You will mentor the sales staff, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and execute Vuori’s brand standards with enthusiasm and a customer-focused mindset.

As a leader on shift, you’ll drive daily store operations, motivate the team to hit sales goals, manage stock and merchandising, and foster lasting customer relationships through product knowledge and a positive, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, weekend day availability.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert who creates experiences and builds relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
