Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager at Village at Meridian to lead the sales floor, mentor the team, and elevate every customer interaction with Vuori's brand values.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage operations, maintain visual standards, and build lasting relationships with customers, while staying active in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• Availability for 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, including weekend
• Experience leading a retail team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Motivate team to achieve sales goals and manage daily operations.
