Job summary

Vuori, Inc is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Malibu to support the Store Manager in leading the sales team, delivering an unforgettable customer experience, and upholding Vuori’s brand values.

You will own daily store operations, coach the team, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and ensure punctuality and high customer service standards. The role requires flexible shifts, weekend availability, and a proactive, growth-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Must be available for 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week including at least one weekend day.
• Leads by example with punctuality and dependable attendance.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert who creates experiences and handles concerns proactively.

• Create an unforgettable customer experience by engaging customers and conveying Vuori’s brand values.
• Lead the sales floor and team to ensure top customer experiences as priority.
• Prepare fitting rooms, help with sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through product details, new arrivals, replenishment, and events.
• Stay informed on what’s new and best sellers and share insights with customers and team.
