Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a store team member to support leadership and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will model selling behaviors, educate guests on loyalty programs, and collaborate with coworkers to keep tasks flowing smoothly across sales floor, stockroom, and office.

This role emphasizes customer engagement, product lifecycle knowledge, and flexibility to work various hours, including holidays and weekends, to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to educate customers about loyalty programs and brand selling behaviors.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to maneuver around store, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Become an expert of the brand's selling behaviors and model them with every customer.
• Support sales leader during non-peak hours with the customer as the focus.
• Collaborate with store leadership and ensure tasks are completed timely and efficiently.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Assist with opening and/or closing checklists as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
