Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store/Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead a team, manage schedules, coach Associates, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and operational excellence across a major off-price retailer.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow through to completion.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches.
• Assists in the analysis of Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
• Ensures scheduling and completion of all Associate cleaning tasks throughout the store, including restrooms.
• Direct supervision of all non-exempt Associates.
• Maintains high quality of Customer service and professional appearance consistent with brand.
