Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English and ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and drive adherence to company standards.
• Lead and develop non-exempt associates and ensure staffing aligns with business needs.
• Manage payroll, scheduling and adherence to budget; monitor loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Represent the Ross brand, ensure merchandise presentation and customer service excellence.
