This role requires strong leadership, a focus on loss prevention, and the ability to train and develop non-exempt staff.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Must supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow through to completion.
• Maintain high quality of Customer service and ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Operating requirements and maximize productivity while minimizing steps.
• Analyze store reports to evaluate expenses and overall performance.
• Ensure scheduling aligns with business objectives and compliance with regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop non-exempt Associates and enforce policies.
• Manage payroll administration and payroll reporting as needed.
• Maintain safety policies and lead monthly safety meetings.
