Citi Trends, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Richmond, VA location to support daily store operations, lead a team, and partner with the Store Manager on hiring, onboarding, and staff development.

You will drive sales performance, maintain exceptional customer experience, and ensure compliance with company policies while managing scheduling, training, and loss prevention efforts. This role emphasizes people leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Supervise store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist the Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training of associates.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to Citi Trends policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
